2001-12-06 - 6:19 a.m. - God is SO Good!

There is so much to write about, and so little time.

First off, let me make a public show of thanks for my couch and love-seat that my parents & in-laws have been so generous to get out of layaway for us! They look so good on our new floor in our big living room! THANK YOU!

Second, I love my new house! THANK YOU GOD FOR ANSWERING MY PRAYERS! Thank you for making my heart's desires to come true. Let me not be like the Israelites who have seen your great work, yet turned their back on you and were forced to wonder in the desert for 40 years.

Third, Bekah's Kindergarten teacher quit last friday. She was the real reason we have left the girls in that school, and now she's gone. :( The school director (who is new, BTW) has taken some time to go into that class and try to help the new teacher get her footing. She (the director) told me yesterday that she believes Rebekah is the smartest kid in the class. She said that she had been expecting Rebekah to be way behind the other kids because of her age, but that when the class was drilled on their MATH, Bekah was the first to raise her hand with the correct answer each time! MATH! Go figure! Maybe she got some of Todd in her academically after all!

Natalie is doing well also, though she has started having some accidents when she's here at home. I'm not sure if she's tired of working so hard at it, or if she just gets too occupied and won't stop to go.

Christmas is going to be tight this year, but I think that we will survive, thanks to my Pampered Chef business. I earned a really good amount during November, and have "qualified" so I'm on direct depost now, also. It's actually going really well. I've already got 4 shows booked for January, and have another potential host to call today.

Well, I'd better sign off and go to work.
