To all of you trying to get into the ring, let me again reiterate how bogged down I have been with work the last 3-weeks, and apologize for the delay. In my haste to get an answer out to people, it seems that I have inadvertandly denyed people without even reading thier diarys. As this list continues to expand, I'm going to have to re-think how it is handled, and maybe just hope and pray that we can be self-motivated enough to not sign up if there will be constant profanity or are planning to lock down the diary. I'm not sure.

That said, the girls are doing well. Rebekah is excited about getting to move up to the older class on Monday. I've already decided that I want to know when the skills assessment will be done, and want to know the results. If they find that she already knows everything that will be taught this year, then I will demand they move her up. This is not negotiable.

On the other hand, when we move in a month or so, we will be changing schools. Putting her in the new school will force them to do an assessment and we can see just how much she really does know.

Well, as it is WAY past my normal bed-time, and as DH is yawning, and has turned the light out, I'd better sign off and get some sleep. The girls will have us up by 7 a.m. anyway. We're going to make a birthday cake for my mom's birthday, and I need to get the oil changed in my poor car. I expect I'll go to the Walmart Supercenter so that I can shop for a present at the same time.
