2001-07-30 - 2:38 p.m. - DH is a burnt lobster! |
Saturday, we took the girls to NRH20, a small family-oriented water park. We were only there for 4 hours or so, but we all got burnt, and exhausted. Natalie was asleep as soon as we got her seat-belt buckled. Rebekah protested the first 10 minutes about how she was NOT going to take a nap when we got home because she wasn't tired, then promptly fell asleep. LOL! We all slept until about 7p or so then stayed up until 11 ish. More like the schedule my sister winds up with than our normal routine. Rebekah had a pretty bad cough Saturday night, and I finally gave her some ibuteral to help her sleep, and left vapor pads all over their room. She slept better last night, thankfully, but said that she was sick when she got up this morning. Poor kid. I really do need to take off a day and keep them home with me. Andrew's finger is in a splint. He said that the pain meds help him sleep, but he tries not to take too many of them. Dad's work schedule has changed so we can start having family time on Saturday night and he'll be able to participate again. THANK YOU GOD! We put a FOR SALE sign in the front yard last night. I'll be curious to see if any of the information sheets are gone from the tube tonight. Until next time.... |
